My legs are so strong yet so skinny. Legs are the only thing I will not skip.

You ever try to pause hold and squeeze at the top of the movement?  Do not lock out.  Hold for 10 sec each rep.

Oh yeah, I also do slow negatives on the last couple reps if I can still do them.

Here is the thing on quads. Can you build bigger quads, yes. However, if you have long femurs you are in an uphill battle. Jipped you have seen my quads, no problem building muscle. Waist is 30.5 inches and quads are 28 inches, so this is definitely one of my strong points. I have trained with guys who train their quads just as hard as I do with the exact same tempo, ROM, intensity, etc... quads never really grow. They are all much taller than me.

If it doesn't scare you, it is not heavy enough.

I have long thin frame. Yeah I would love to have a small % of the muscle you have built. I try. I am thinking about hitting them 2x a week.

It may help, it could also be a detriment if you are not able to recover. Typically for someone your age, I would say 2x a week would be fine if in a calorie surplus. However, I also know you do things outside of the gym, boxing, kick boxing, muay thai, etc... This would definitely be something I would consider. Perhaps, you have a body part that is so far ahead of everything else you could only train it once every couple weeks and just do some maintenance work, so that it is not pulling much from your overall recovery pool. This would give more opportunity for your legs to grow. I don't know. Everyone is so different when it comes to training and recovery.

Got it. When I train my back I only do a few sets of pullups and never any bicep work. Also when I train legs I do not go balls out with heavy weights. I do not train them if I am still real sore. I was doing 20 mg dbol on leg days only to help. It did but when I ran out so did some of my size.
